Legacy data migration & membership platform
For a long-established membership organisation, we migrated more than 100,000 legacy records into a secure, custom-built membership system, replacing an unmaintained platform. The work included a full site rebuild, ecommerce integration and security hardening after the old bespoke system was found to be compromised.
AI-assisted grading archive
For UK Graders, a toy and video game grading company, we are rebuilding their archive around AI. Grading labels are read automatically by AI vision and turned into structured records, more than 80,000 legacy entries are being migrated into a clean database, and customers can look up a reference number to see their grading certificate alongside population statistics for the same item. Built as a module within their existing store.
Secure case management system
For a children's therapy provider, we designed and built a bespoke case management platform handling sensitive personal information to UK GDPR standards. Delivered in full and signed off by the client, it shows our ability to build secure, compliant systems for high-trust environments.
Live job tracking board
For a busy operations team, we built a simple big-screen job board for the office wall. Staff enter each job and its status, and the board shows what everyone is working on in real time, giving the whole team an at-a-glance view of the day’s workload.
Shopify audits & optimisation
We audit Shopify stores end to end: checking collections against real Google traffic to see what is working, flagging products with poor or missing descriptions, and mapping how collections are used and where they appear across menus and navigation. You get a clear, actionable checklist and ongoing monitoring so the store does not drift back.

Every product we build is structured so AI agents can find it, understand it and do business with it: Schema.org and JSON-LD, Answer Engine Optimisation, authenticated email, and MCP and OpenAPI endpoints. It is an advantage almost no one else is offering.
